Treatment
description.
PRP - or Platelet Rich Plasma - is a regenerative treatment derived from your own blood and designed to stimulate repair and renewal within the skin. Often referred to as the Vampire Facial, it harnesses concentrated growth factors to support collagen production and tissue regeneration in a natural and biologically compatible way.
The treatment begins with a routine blood draw. The sample is processed in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma known as the golden serum. This concentrated solution is then delivered into targeted areas using Dermapen microneedling or mesotherapy techniques according to clinical assessment.
As collagen and elastin production increases, skin appears firmer and more resilient. Fine lines soften and overall tone becomes more refined whilst texture appears smoother and more even. Visible changes develop progressively and optimal rejuvenation is typically evident by six weeks.
PRP may also be used to stimulate hair follicles and support thicker hair growth in appropriate cases. A course of three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart is commonly recommended to achieve cumulative regenerative benefit.
At Natali Kelly, PRP is selected for those seeking a fully natural approach to skin and hair rejuvenation through advanced regenerative medicine.

Frequently
asked questions.
Is this treatment suitable for me?
PRP is suitable for individuals looking to improve skin quality, support collagen production, and promote natural skin regeneration. It uses your body's own platelet-rich plasma, making it popular option for those seeking a more regenerative approach to skin rejuvenation. PRP can be used on the face, under-eye area, hair and other areas of the body requiring improved skin quality.
What results can I expect?
PRP works by stimulating the skin's natural repair processes, improving texture, tone and overall skin quality. Patients may notice brighter, smoother skin and improved elasticity over time. Results develop gradually as collagen production increases. A course of treatments is typically recommended for optimal results.
Are there any risks?
As PRP uses your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is minimal. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites. These are usually temporary and resolve in few days. Your practitioner will discuss any considerations during your consultation.
What about aftercare?
After treatment, your skin may appear slightly red or feel sensitive for a short period. It is recommended to avoid makeup, strenuous exercise and excessive heat such as steam or sauna for 24 hours after treatment. Keeping skin hydrated and protected with SPF is important.
What can I expect on the day?
A small blood sample is taken and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. This is then applied or injected into the skin, depending on the treatment area. The treatment typically takes 45-60mins. You can resume daily activities following treatment.
