Treatment
description.
Injectable Concealer is a precision under-eye treatment designed to restore brightness and structural balance to the delicate eye area. Using carefully selected hyaluronic acid, it softens hollowing and reduces the appearance of dark circles while preserving natural contour.
The treatment prioritises refinement rather than volume replacement. Strategic placement enhances light reflection and supports hydration within the dermis to improve smoothness without creating heaviness or distortion.
At Natali Kelly, anatomical assessment informs every stage of treatment and guides precise product placement according to individual mid-face structure and tear trough anatomy. This measured approach protects expression and maintains proportion.
As structural support improves, the under-eye area appears fresher and more composed. Results are refined and harmonious whilst clarity returns to the upper face without overt change.

Frequently
asked questions.
Is this treatment suitable for me?
Tear trough filler is suitable for those concerned about hollowing or shadowing under the eyes. This treatment is best suited for volume loss, rather than pigmentation or skin laxity. During your consultation your practitioner will assess and determine if this is the best treatment for you, or if an alternative would be better suited.
What results can I expect?
Injectable concealer helps restore volume to the under-eye area, reducing the appearance of hollows and shadows using a light-reflecting hyaluronic acid filler in the tear trough. Creating a brighter and more-refreshed appearance. Results are visible immediately after treatment, with full results in 1 month when the product has fully settled.
Are there any risks?
The under-eye area is delicate, so it is important that tear trough filler is performed by an experienced medical practitioner and advanced injector. Temporary swelling, redness or bruising are a risk of side effect for 24 - 48 hours after treatment.
What about aftercare?
Your aftercare will be discussed during and following your treatment, you will also receive this by email. Mild swelling or bruising usually settles within a few days, applying a cold compress can help reduce any swelling. We ask you to avoid intense exercise, sauna and steam room for 24hhours after treatment. Also avoid applying any pressure to the treated areas. We are on hand to support your unique journey and welcome you to call or email us if you were to have any concerns. This includes an out of hours emergency contact, for your complete reassurance.
What can I expect on the day?
Your appointment will begin with a consultation to assess the under-eye area and confirm if tear trough filler is the right treatment for you. The treatment itself involves carefully placing small amount of light-reflecting hyaluronic acid filler into the tear trough area, using a fine needle or cannula. The procedure takes around 30mins, and you can resume your daily activities following.
