Treatment
description.
Julaine is an injectable collagen biostimulator developed in Sweden. It contains poly-l-lactic acid microspheres and uses proprietary Lasynpro™ technology. The treatment works by stimulating the skin's own collagen production over time.
The PLLA microspheres activate fibroblasts within the treated tissue. These cells play an important role in collagen production. As new collagen develops, skin quality and firmness can improve. Lines and folds may also appear softer.
Julaine may suit adults who are beginning to notice changes in skin firmness or facial support. It may also appeal to those who want a regenerative treatment without the immediate volume associated with traditional dermal fillers.
Changes may become noticeable after around 4-6 weeks with potential further improvement over 3–6 months. The response will vary from person to person. Results are commonly reported to last around 18–24 months after a completed treatment course.
A typical course involves around 2-3 treatments spaced several weeks apart. Your treatment plan will depend on your skin, age, level of collagen loss and desired outcome.
At Natali Kelly Clinic, every treatment begins with an individual consultation. Natali will assess your skin, facial anatomy, medical history and aesthetic goals before recommending a treatment plan.

Frequently
asked questions.
How does Julaine work?
Julaine uses PLLA microspheres to stimulate a regenerative response within the treated tissue. The microspheres activate fibroblasts that support collagen production. New collagen then develops gradually over time.
Is Julaine a filler?
Julaine is a collagen biostimulator rather than a traditional hyaluronic acid dermal filler. It is designed to stimulate collagen production over time instead of adding volume directly.
How long does Julaine take to work?
Changes may become noticeable after around 4–6 weeks. Further improvement can develop over 3–6 months. The response will vary from person to person.
How long does Julaine last?
Results are commonly reported to last around 18–24 months after a completed treatment course. Longevity varies from person to person and can be influenced by age, skin condition, lifestyle and individual collagen response.
How many Julaine treatments do I need?
A typical course involves around 2–3 treatments spaced several weeks apart. Your treatment plan will depend on your skin, age, level of collagen loss and desired outcome.
Is this treatment suitable for me?
Suitability is assessed during a medical and lifestyle consultation. Natali will consider your skin, facial anatomy, medical history and aesthetic goals before recommending treatment.
