Moxi® is a gentle non-ablative laser treatment designed to refresh and revitalise the skin through controlled fractionated energy delivery. Often described as a modern approach to prejuvenation, Moxi® supports tonal clarity and textural refinement by addressing early sun damage and visible signs of ageing before they become advanced.
Unlike more aggressive resurfacing lasers, Moxi® delivers targeted fractionated laser energy that creates precise micro-coagulation zones within the skin. These controlled zones stimulate natural cellular repair and encourage the replacement of damaged cells with healthier new tissue. As renewal progresses, pigmentation softens and overall tone becomes more even whilst texture appears smoother and more refined.
Moxi® is suitable for all skin types and may be performed year-round. The treatment fits comfortably into an active lifestyle and is often completed within a short appointment window. Downtime remains low and post-treatment care is simple. Gradual and consistent skin improvement develops as renewal unfolds naturally.
Following treatment, mild redness may be visible and small micro dots known as mendz can appear as the skin begins its renewal cycle. Over the next few days, the skin moves through its natural repair phase and these areas gently darken before lifting away. Fresher and more luminous skin gradually emerges as regeneration reaches its final phase. When combined with BBL® HERO™ and appropriate post-care, Moxi® supports long-term skin maintenance and sustained luminosity throughout the year.

What results can I expect?
Moxi works by stimulating skin renewal and improving overall skin tone and texture. The treatment helps refine the skins surface, reduce appearance of pigmentation and enhance radiance. Results develop gradually, with the skin appearing smoother, brighter and more even over time. A course of treatments may be recommended to achieve optimal results.
Are there any risks?
Moxi® is appropriate for all skin types and may be performed throughout the year. Its non-ablative technology allows gradual improvement with reduced downtime compared to more intensive resurfacing lasers. You may experience mild redness and slightly rough texture to the skin for a few days following treatment. These are temporary and part of the skin renewal process.
What about aftercare?
After treatment it is important to keep the skin hydrated and protected with a high-factor SPF. You may notice sandpaper-like texture to the skin as it renews, which will resolve naturally over a few days. Avoid exfoliating until advised by your practitioner. What can I expect on the day?
Your appointment will begin with a consultation to assess your skin and determine the best treatment plan for you. Numbing cream can be applied. During the treatment a handheld laser is passed over the skin to deliver controlled energy. Treatment typically takes 20-30minues. You may experience a warm sensation during treatment, and a mild redness afterwards.
