3D Facial Contouring is one of Natali's signature treatments and represents a refined non-surgical approach to full-face rejuvenation. Using minimal doses of hyaluronic acid dermal filler, the treatment lifts, defines and contours the temples, cheeks, chin, nose and jawline whilst also rejuvenating the eye and lip area for fresh and natural results.
Natali treats the face three-dimensionally to enhance light and shade and restore structural balance. By carefully creating projection and soft transition across key anatomical points, facial features appear more harmonious and profile definition improves without overt change. A less-is-more philosophy defines the treatment and ensures natural and subtle enhancement with minimal product and little to no downtime.
We favour Juvederm® hyaluronic acid dermal filler for its extensive research profile and established safety record. The formulation is 100 percent biodegradable and integrates seamlessly within the tissue.
At Natali Kelly, every treatment is bespoke. All clients undergo consultation and 3D photo analysis to devise a personalised treatment plan aligned with facial proportions and long-term balance. Results typically last 12-18 months. The treatment is often combined with Botox to create a non-surgical brow lift and optimise overall facial harmony.

What about aftercare?
Aftercare instructions will be provided during and following your treatment. Ongoing support is available should you have any concerns. It is normal to experience mild swelling or tenderness in the treated areas; these typically resolve within a few days. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol and any excessive heat for 24hours after treatment. You should also avoid touching or massaging the treated areas for a few days.

Your treatment begins with a detailed consultation and facial assessment. The procedure is performed with precision and care, prioritising safety and comfort throughout. Treatment takes 30-45mins, and most patients can return to normal activities shortly afterwards.
